THE END OF THE GREAT GODDESS FIRE TRINE: 11 MONTHS OF AWAKENING WITH THE DIVINE FEMININE (NOV 2014-OCT 2015)

In early November 2014, we began a journey that transformed the way we – as individuals and as a collective – understood the energies of The Goddess and the Divine Feminine.

Since then, over the past 11 months, we have (almost continuously) had a series of Grand Fire Trines in the sky, involving bodies like Uranus, The Goddess Asteroids (Pallas Athena, Juno, Vesta, Ceres), Jupiter in Leo, Saturn in Sagittarius (pre-Retrograde), Mercury, The Sun and so on. The energies of the Fire Signs were perpetually lit by bodies connected with different facets or aspects of the Divine Feminine.

In the next few hours, that 11-month long focus comes to an end, as the Moon transits out of Leo and ends its trine with Uranus in Aries and Pallas Athena in Sagittarius.

When I first noticed this near-constant cosmic beacon of fire lit in the sky in 2014, I saw it as the birth of a new beginning. At the time, so many of us were only just waking up from the upheaval of the Grand Cardinal Cross of 2014, peaking in intensity during April/May 2014. As far as I am aware, the last time we had anything that intense, in fact, for a far shorter period of time, was during The Great Depression and the rise of Nazi Germany (the 1930s).

In that context, the Great Goddess Fire Trine, to me, seemed like a Goddess-send. It fueled us all with a sense of – if not optimism – then at least the sheer will to push through, push forward and explore the Birthing of a New Self, from the Ashes of the Old. Much of that theme continued through with the Saturn-in-Scorpio retrograde and transit that concluded not too long ago (September 17/18, 2015).

Whilst there are some exceptions, mostly by way of the Moon’s Transit through Leo, aspecting a (later) trine between Uranus in Aries and Saturn in Sagittarius, I haven’t seen any further Grand Fire Trines for the next 2-year period.

It spells the end of a chapter of growth and intense energetic acceleration, but right on its heels we see the next chapter beginning – with the North Node’s upcoming transit through Virgo (October 10, 2015 – April 19, 2017).

Here’s where all of those powerful realizations, awakenings and energetic upgrades within the different layers of the Self are asked to ‘get real’ in a different kind of way. Whilst remaining authentic to Self, the challenge is more so about learning how to manifest an Earthly Path of Service as a Facilitator/Priest or Priestess honoring the Feminine (and ideally the Masculine as well). It’s about learning how to Serve with Humility, knowing that the work you do in 3-D reality is just as important as ascending to different states of Being. I take inspiration from the Bodhisattvas, beings who had attained such states of realization but who chose to return to be of Loving Service.

In practical terms, we’re going to be seeing a renewed focus on: daily rituals, habits, routines, health/healing practices, re-discovering the the sanctity of the Womb & the Priestess Traditions, and so on. We’re going to collectively learn the need for earthly boundaries whilst we work with the vibration of unconditional, boundless compassion, represented by the South Node in Pisces. We’re going to learn how to honor the material requirements of being a Vessel that channels spiritual energy or performs spiritual services, and much, much, more.

It’s a very rich vein of growth for spiritual seekers and facilitators, irrespective of the paths, labels or belief systems they identify with. What I’m most excited about is the fact that we’re also going to be focusing on Discernment, or the need to differentiate between different types of spiritual energies, vibrations and experiences without falling into the trap of ego-based judgment. It is one thing to reject something because you have been conditioned to dislike or fear it, and it is another to move away from something that simply does not resonate with you. Similar dynamics on the surface, but vibrationally distinct from one another.

Such is the Journey Ahead.

ENERGIES OF THE SKY NOW: 10 NEARLY-EXACT ASPECTS!

Blessings all! … Yowza !!! We’ve got 10 nearly-exact aspects (within a 1 degree orb) in the sky right now, bringing down different threads of energy, experience and opportunities for learning – in the road up to the Uranus/Pluto (final) square on March 16/17, 2015. I’ve summarized them in 4 paragraphs and linked you to previous posts which address certain configurations where appropriate. Exact degrees, dates and times of configurations are given at the end.

(1) Sun conjunct Neptune in Pisces – Our vital energies easily blend with the pursuit of transcendence, spirituality, detached compassion and lack of fixity or form. It’s easier to ‘swim’ in the Cosmic Ocean that connects us all at this time, but be warned of illusions of your own making (dynamics of projection, etc.). Seek the Truth, or the perspective of Love, that reveals the spiritual nature of lessons emerging now, instead of responding to them with ingrained habits such as defensiveness or holding onto an out-dated point of view.

(2) Black Moon Lilith in Virgo opposes Sun (+Neptune) in Pisces – The Sun-Neptune dynamic plays out one of the quintessential duality in spiritual journeying and facilitation. Piscean energy seeks to transcend, dissolve and unfortunately (at times) to escape the material form, rather than seeing Matter an as equal and necessary expression of the Essence of Spirit. The issue of Boundaries tends to become an issue. Black Moon Lilith will not stand for any of this. She will challenge you to find a practical, analytical, hands-on way to anchoring the spiritual energies that Sun/Neptune bring to us. She asks you to nurture the self, before seeking to nurture another that the cycle of receiving and giving can continue. She rejects the exclusion of the Feminine, particularly of her ‘Shadow’ (unknown, often misunderstood) aspects in our contemporary spiritual discourse. She is a powerful moment for female and male spiritualists who Honor the Call of the Dark Goddess and Love, in Her Name. (3) Jupiter in Leo opposite Vesta in Aquarius, trines Uranus in Aries – The energy of the Guru/Guide/Teacher issues his challenge to the Awakening Priest/ess (any kind of Spiritual Facilitator). We are asked to dig into our deepest vulnerabilities that lie at the hearts of our Inner Child. We are asked to move past the pain and back into that warm, rich, generous source of Love and Warmth that we all have the capacity to embody. Vesta asks you to ‘sacrifice’ a particular perspective that may be holding you back from viewing this lesson – and then to share what you have learnt with the collective. It will require a certain degree of detachment from the Egoic sense of ‘I hurt/am hurt/have been hurt’ that is associated with cycles of hurt, wounding, or victimization. This does not mean that pain does not exist, it means that you can view it from a perspective that no longer needs to carry for that particular cycle of experience. Vesta is also sextiled Uranus – so you may find a certain bolt of awakening or insight that can help you transcend an older layer of Self, to discover a more authentic one. The Jupiter-Uranus trine activates the role of Uranus in creating this Bridge of Awakening and Transcendence of/through the Self.

(4) Mercury in Aquarius trines the North Node in Libra, sextiles the South Node in Aries – We are challenged to find ways to seek a more detached, deeper, inclusive, and accepting idea of ‘Balance’. Balance is not the erasure of all that is unpleasant, or the acceptance of abuse – it seeks to find a just way in which all can Co-Exist. Boundaries may need to be drawn, but with words that come from compassion rather than Anger or Defensiveness. Drawn upon past lessons to see where you may learn from your past responses to similar situations.

GRAND FIRE TRINE: SATURN, VENUS/MARS, JUNO RETROGRADE – The Karmic Taskmaster, The Cosmic Lovers and The Soulmate/Gateway to the Divine Feminine, Beckon.

Blessings to all. Saturn, Venus + Mars and Juno are now forming a GRAND FIRE TRINE, a part of the Great Goddess Fire Trine that is set to dominate the energies of 2015 ( http://wp.me/p4OUNS-bb ) . Fire energy is associated with alchemy, transformation, purification, inspiration and creative drive. It is the energy of the ‘go-getter’, the pioneer, the leader that pushes through a new vision or idea in the world.

The Grand Fire Trine allows you to experience, question, and assert the ways in which you experience your true Essence of Self. Is it through what your body tells you? your ego? the way other people see you or approve of you? or through experiencing the world, one adventure at a time?

Let’s take a look at what each body brings to this intensely charged alignment to flesh out those questions a little more.

(1) Saturn in Sagittarius. Sagittarius deals with our belief systems, ideologies, philosophies, spiritual paths, relationships with gurus, mentors and teachers, as well as religious and academic institutions. Not to mention foreign travel, a sense of adventure, and wanting to find wisdom from one mountaintop to the next. It’s also associated with the discipline of astrology as that tends to give you a bird’s-eye view of things.

With Saturn in this position, we are asked to question the structure, discipline, organization, authority, legitimacy and viability of the teachers/paths/adventures, etc. that we hold dear to ourselves. All that cannot stand the test of time will have to go. All that can, will be strengthened further. This can manifest as an internal sense of pressure, or through an external authority figure that seeks to tell you what is your own Truth, or both.

(2) Venus and Mars in Aries: The Cosmic Lovers essentially ask us to be mindful of what we are attracted towards, and to what lengths we will go to acquire it. It’s a very revealing time in which we will learn what matters most to us, in terms of material desires and needs. This can be a powerful exercise in Knowing the Self, as well as finding ways in which we can unite both the Masculine and the Feminine aspects of our own psyches. Externally speaking, it can represent the powerful influence of your significant other in shaping the way that you see, express and assert the Self. Remember that we’re all going through this aspect, so it’s not just a one-way thing.

(3) Juno Retrograde in Leo: Juno represents the energy of Soul-Completion, and equally of the Divine Feminine in all of her forms. She opens the self, sometimes through pleasant, and at other times, painful activations. At times we engage with the Feminine through the modality of pleasure, acceptance, joy and happiness, and at other times, we are led to her through experiences of loss, grief and sorrow. In Leo, Juno’s focus is upon the Heart and Sacral Chakra. On matters of love, sensuality, creativity, romance, the energy/archetype of the Child, one’s sense of joy in life, and so on. At this time we are profoundly activated by soul-mates (those whom we have made soul contracts with to learn and grow in significant ways) who then ask us to express and transform certain fundamental aspects of the way we Express our Being. Bear in mind that soulmates are not necessarily romantic or sexual partners

I would’t call this alignment a necessarily positive or negative time – as Trine energies are never one thing or another. They represent a coming together of different streams of energy that are then amplified through that interaction. What is amplified can be a wonderful experience, or it can be more of something unpleasant. It really comes down to your individual choice in working with/through this energy.

Some of us may be finding the Saturn challenge to be a pleasant one, aligning our views and philosophies of life with something that is life-affirming and confirming of the love we feel from close partnerships, and from within our own Beings. The absolute reverse can apply if there is a significant challenge expressed by any one of these bodies, though I suspect Saturn’s role will be the hardest to handle for most.

Whichever way you choose to handle this energy, know that you are setting seeds, and beginning your commitment to a long-term process of asserting, expressing, and knowing The Nature of The Self.

This Grand Fire Trine began on Feb 18 and will last until March 5, 2015. It is particularly intense now due to the exact trine formed between Saturn and Venus (Feb 24) and Saturn and Mars (Feb 25).

NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS – OPPOSED THE SEVEN SISTERS (PLEIADES), ACTIVATION OF THE GREAT GODDESS FIRE TRINE, LILITH’S FINAL ROAR IN LEO – AND MUCH, MUCH MORE!

Blessings to All. We’ve all felt the effects of this powerful New Moon in the sign of Sagittarius at 0 degrees. New Moons are portals for seeding intentions, which you can then see manifest or culminate during the corresponding (Sagittarius) Full Moon of that sign – in six months’ time. So this is a time to pay attention to the energetic intentions, commitments, affirmations that you are sending out into the Universe – at the Conscious and Sub-Conscious Level.

Sagittarius is linked with the energy of Growth, Expansion of Perception, Crossing Boundaries and Reaching for the Stars! (Yes it’s linked with Astrology as well). This also relates with matters of higher education, learning, teaching, foreign travel, or seeking structured tutelage in matters of Spirit. It is linked with the energy of the Guru, which is represented by deities such as Dakshinamoorthy (the ‘Teacher’ form of Lord Shiva). It can be any deity, from any pantheon, who represents the Pathway of Learning for you, irrespective of tradition. It can also refer to a physical guru, or teacher.

This New Moon amplifies the energies of pre-existing configurations in the sky – namely – the Great Goddess Fire Trine (Uranus Rx at 12 Aries trine Juno at 14 Leo trine Ceres at 10 Sagittarius) and the November-long Yod (Pluto at 11 Capricorn sextile Chiron Retrograde at 13 Pisces, both inconjunct Juno at 14 Leo) – I’ll provide links to these aspects for those who want more info.

In addition to all of this, this particular New Moon is opposed the Pleiades! Many of you who work with such energies would have had the chance to directly download information from the Seven Sisters Cluster and the energies associated with them. Both the New Moon and the Seven Sisters square Black Moon Lilith, creating a powerful T-Square – more on that below!

This is a particularly potent New Moon as the Sun and Moon conjunction are part of a large stellium involving Pallas Athena (at 14 Scorpio) , Mercury (at 21 Scorpio), Saturn (at 26 Scorpio), Venus (at 7 Sagittarius) and Ceres (at 10 Sagittarius)). Many different energetic influences are at play here, some of which provide a strong emphasis on Scorpio’s energies. So this is not your ‘typical’ Sagittarian energy. It’s one that keeps working upon the themes of the Underworld, the Sub-Conscious, issues of Power, Boundaries, Violation, Regeneration and Healing – through that process.

Both Chiron and Neptune in Pisces square Venus and Ceres in Sagittarius (at the time of writing this) – and so that tells me that many are finding significant challenges to the way they see their Spiritual Paths at this time. It’s a clear call to look at what ideas you have surrounding your path and whether you are attached to these ideas. It’s time to question those ideological attachments. Judgmentalism is on the cards – and many will be using the words of ‘Truth’ to justify the Ego.

Those with astrological placements near 9-13 Virgo or Gemini will either experience this as a Grand Mutable Cross or T-Square. Adaptation is the name of the game, and you need to leave your ego at the door to play it – you’ll be surprised at the rewards you uncover.

Juno, Jupiter (at 22 Leo) and Black Moon Lilith (at 29 Leo) are squared Pallas Athena, Mercury and Saturn in Scorpio. The tension is between the Fixed elements of Fire and Water. A challenge arises in terms of how we demonstrate and express our true, most vulnerable selves and how – at the same time – we maintain and uphold our energetic boundaries and integrity at the same time. The element of the Dark Feminine Rising is highlighted with Black Moon Lilith at 29 (Anaretic) Degrees Leo.

Those with astrological placements at or near 14 Taurus-1 Gemini and/or 14 Aquarius – 1 Pisces will experience this as a Grand Fixed Cross or a Fixed T-Square.

The Seven Sisters (Pleiades) Cluster is at 0 Gemini at this time. This feeds into the energies discussed. This is a perfect time to powerfully bridge and channel the teachings of Heaven and the Deep Earth. In truth, there is no Difference, except in Perception.

Pay attention to that suppressed feminine instinct, history or body or emotion at this time – This is her Final Roar before She enters Virgo in 5 days’ time. She will not return to Leo until January 2023.

Jupiter is inconjunct Mars (at 20 Capricorn) at this time – those with astrological placements at or near 20 Pisces will experience this as a powerful Yod or Finger of Fate pointing towards a key lesson or teaching in your sense of authenticity/vulnerability/inner child/sacral energy. The lesson is likely to come from a Teacher, who could also be your romantic partner – or even your child (as Leo is associated with all of this). The way you use your assertive energy is going to be scrutinized, and some fundamental way in which you conceptualize the idea of ‘achievement’ or ‘accomplishment’ is going to have to be transformed at this time.

Jupiter is also trined Vesta (at 24 Sagittarius) – again – the energy of the Priestess or Spiritual Facilitator comes in to shake up what you think you know about the Spiritual Path 😉 Stay open to the guidance that comes and question strong denials or over-identifications with any kind of Path at this time. (Even those who take the Title of Priestess or Spiritual Facilitator – make sure it’s coming from a place of Spirit, and not Egotism). Such checks are a natural and healthy part of your spiritual evolution, so don’t worry about it ❤

Uranus Retrograde is also inconjunct Pallas Athena. Those with astrological placements near 15 Virgo are going to experience this as a powerful Yod/Finger of Fate which directly relates to your ability to Connect from the ‘Higher’/Transcendental Mind. Awakenings are likely to occur in a powerful way, transforming the way you carry and embody your burgeoning Consciousness.

Pallas Athena in this potential yod speaks to the way we stand our ground and hold to our truths. But again – here lies the pitfall of judgment. Be sure that what or whom you stand for is aligned with Spirit, rather than the Ego. Priestesses and other Spiritual Facilitators are likely to feel this energy very powerfully as they will be asked to re-conceptualize their understanding and embodiment of The Path.

Finally – Goddessians will be pleased to note that Venus (at 7 Sagittarius) is now a part of the Great Goddess Fire Trine. This is a beautiful time to attract and manifest powerful teachings that will take you forward in your spiritual Journeys and connection with the Sacred Feminine. Be aware of the pitfall of the Ego-Identification that can equally result with Venus in this position.

To phrase it differently – What you think may not be true because it ‘feels’ pleasurable, or good, to think so. Venus enjoys her creature comforts and the values/mode of evaluation she stands for is one that will resist change unless you make the active choice to do so. Allow yourself to suspend your idea of what ‘must’ be Truth as you open yourself Up to the Divine.
